ChelseaFest & The Big KaBoom was awarded funding through the America250AL Grant Program to support patriotic programming, educational displays, event signage, and promotional materials related to America’s 250th anniversary celebration.
Funding from this grant assists with:

• Event banners and signage
• Educational displays and promotional materials
• America250AL branding and recognition
• Patriotic programming throughout the event

As part of this initiative, ChelseaFest will feature:

• America250AL flags and banners
• Educational and historical displays
• The American Servicemen Living History Museum vehicle exhibit and interactive area

We are proud to participate in Alabama’s commemoration of America’s 250th anniversary.

State of Alabama Tourism Support​

helseaFest & The Big KaBoom also received grant funding support through the Alabama Tourism Department Legislative Grant Program.
These funds help support tourism, economic development, and community engagement through one of Shelby County’s largest family events.
We sincerely appreciate the support and advocacy of:

• Governor Kay Ivey
• Alabama Tourism Department

Grant support awarded:

• $3,900 through the Alabama Tourism Department Legislative Grant Program
• $2,600 through the Alabama Tourism Department Legislative Grant Program

These churches are partnering together to provide children’s activities and family engagement within the Kid Zone area during ChelseaFest & The Big KaBoom.
