ChelseaFest and The Big KaBoom!

This page is for FOOD TRUCKS AND FOOD BOOTH VENDORS
​NOTE:

• Limited space is available.  Food vendors are chosen according to "fare" being offered by other vendors.
• $200 to participate.
• You will be notified when your application is accepted. Confirmation of acceptance is only official when approved by event coordinator and payment is made.
• Vendors are responsible for their own set up, clean up, and trash removal.
• The City of Chelsea does not provide Liability Insurance for the protection of vendors, spectators, merchants, or other s involved in similar activities who participate in the ChelseaFest and The Big KaBoom. 
• Food Truck vendors must provide the City with their Certificate of Liability Insurance with the City of Chelsea listed as the additional insured. Please email those documents to Brandy Pate at [email protected]
• Obtaining the proper licenses or permits and obeying all federal, local, and state codes is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
• All vendors must have an active Business License when required.
• All vendors must charge sales tax where required by state.
• All food trucks will be inspected on site by Tommy King, City of Chelsea's Fire Marshall on the day of the event.
