We have confirmed 22 food vendors representing a wide variety of cuisine and currently have 18 additional vendors on our waitlist. Vendors were selected based on menu variety to ensure a balanced and diverse experience for attendees.
If a space becomes available due to a cancellation, vendors on the waitlist will be contacted directly.

Food Truck & Food Booth Vendor Information
This page is for FOOD TRUCKS AND FOOD BOOTH VENDORS ONLY
If you are a non-food vendor, please visit the appropriate registration page: Business Vendor Registration – Now Open
Please Note:
• Space is limited. Vendors are selected based on menu variety to ensure a balanced event.
• Vendor fee: $200
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
• Participation is only confirmed once approved by the Event Coordinator and all required documents and payment have been received
Vendor Responsibilities
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and trash removal
• Vendors must provide all equipment, including power (generators if needed)
• The City of Chelsea provides designated ground space only
• The City of Chelsea does not provide liability insurance for vendors, spectators, or participants
Required Documentation
All food vendors must provide the following:
• Certificate of Liability Insurance listing the City of Chelsea as Additional Insured

• Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Active City of Chelsea Business License (when required)
• Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting Alabama sales tax
Fire Marshal Requirements
All food trucks and trailers (including non-cooking units) must complete a Fire Marshal inspection prior to the event.
Inspection Deadline: June 18, 2026
Vendors who do not complete a pre-event inspection by this date will not be permitted to operate at ChelseaFest & The Big KaBoom.

• Vendors must comply with all safety requirements outlined by the City of Chelsea Fire Marshal
