- All vendors must have an active Business License when required.
- $175 registration fee to participate.
- You will be notified when your application is accepted. Confirmation of acceptance is only official when approved by event coordinator and payment is made.
- Vendors are responsible for their own set up, clean up, and trash removal.
- The City of Chelsea does not provide Liability Insurance for the protection of vendors, spectators, merchants, or other s involved in similar activities who participate in the ChelseaFest and The Big KaBoom.
- Obtaining the proper licenses or permits and obeying all federal, local, and state codes is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
- All vendors must charge sales tax where required by state.
